  We recently spent almost a week there with my parents and our kids and absolutely loved it. Warm, relaxing home for an extended family holiday - with two lounge areas it suited any combination. Loved walking into the bush behind the house in the late afternoon, sitting on the rocks watching the birds and sipping a local red wine... Veryrelaxing escape.

  Having loved being there in May we returned a few weeks ago and felt even more at home, if thats possible. . We'll certainly be re booking for next year.

  This is the most perfect house to stay for a great holiday in Stanthorpe. Only 5 minutes away from the town centre but in a rural heartland , how magical to see the ducks floating serenely on the dam. The house is beautifully decorated , Cheryl has a perfect eye for immaculate detail but there's a touch of quirkiness as well. . The beds are very comfortable and the house is warm and has a cosiness about it. We, the two footed loved it [ enough to re book immediately on return home ] and the 4 footed loved their beds by the fire and the outside fenced area while not large is perfectly adequate. The 4 footed were very happy to sleep there while the 2 footed went exploring. If there more stars to give it ... it would be the ' perfect 10 out 10 '.
